Nationals Park, Saturday 5/3/08, Nationals 9, Pirates 8

The weather was perfect - sunshine and clear skies. A great day to sit in the shade and watch a baseball game after an evening of bars and booze with Gus and Wifey in Old Town Alexandria. Both teams wore throwback Homestead Grays uniforms. The Pirates battled back from several defecits only to lose by one run in the end. Sub-par pitching from both teams made the game exciting with lots of runs being scored. It was a weekend full of adventures...
